Lexie Gregor is a certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in patient-centered care, earned through her medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She brings compassion and a deep understanding of pain management and orthopedic care to her practice.
She currently sees patients in both Paoli, PA and Newark, DE, where she is committed to helping individuals manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. A proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), she stays up to date with the latest advancements in her field to provide the highest level of care.
Outside the office, Lexie loves spending time with her husband and their two dachshunds. She’s also excited to welcome their first baby in May!
