Been coming here for over a year. Everybody is great and very helpful. Since I’ve been coming here my pain has been under control so I can live my life.
Dr. KIERAN SLEVIN gave me my life back. I had a serious slip and fall accident in the shower in February of this year. Dr. SLEVIN has treated me so personally, and has given me therapies that are specific to my back problems. Now, it is nine months after my injury, and I have gone from a pain level of 10 to a pain level of zero. God bless you Dr. SLEVIN.
Dr. Slevin was very informative and kind for all my visits, helped me understand and feel very comfortable for my procedures.
Very friendly and available when needed. Hainesport office is full of personality and exciting expression!! Keep being you!!! Would sacrifice the transfer/drive from Princeton just for the staff.
I am a patient and they care about us. I absolutely love Dr Rastogi and Jen .. I would totally recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for caring about your patients
Go there for back pain and very friendly staff. Dr. Rastogi and NP Jen are very helpful and friendly.
Dr Slevin has saved my quality of life. I can’t imagine where I would be without him. I’m at a manageable pain level and enjoying life again!
The people at the office are nice but very rarely does ANYONE ANSWER THE ( a James will occasionally)PHONE even if you call ten times, if you leave a message very rarely does ANYONE call you back! 2-6-23’“ I WANTED TO CHANGE MY REVIEW, “I spoke to Anita about my concerns and after my original comment And I’d like to say she took my concerns seriously and now my phone calls are returned very quickly ! It means a lot when you realize your concerns do Matter! Thank you!!
I go to the hainesport office, everyone is very friendly very clean office. I have Dr Slevin, I was surprised that there is still doctors that actually care and are sensitive you your predicament. He is an awesome doctor. My nurse I'd Jen she is so amazing . Not only does she care about you as her pain patient, she actually cares about you as a person. If there was anything they could improve on it's the phone service which I don't think has anything to do with the office. It's so hard to get a hold of anyone or get call back. Thank you
Dr. Rastogi has a readily warm personality which makes me feel relaxed and confident that he really has my quality of life in mind he really knows what he's doing when it comes pain management and I highly recommend him as the doctor to see for anyone seeking any type of pain relief. His gold star staff is very courteous and there's always a good movie on in the waiting room. North American Spine & Pain is the place to be.
I don't understand what other patience are talking about when they say their phone calls aren't being returned. I've never had a problem getting every turn phone call or getting an email I sent Megan answered promptly. She was moved from the blackwood office to the Cherry Hill office and hainesport office and I followed her because I am so pleased with her and have so much respect for her because of how she treats me as a patient and understands that it's not just chronic pain I suffer from and she understands me and all my ailments. I would give her a hundred Stars if it was possible but I can't forget her assistant Giovanni he is always there every month with a smile on his face and kind words to say and makes me feel comfortable with every visit. I also adore Donna who signs me in and signs me out monthly with a big smile on her face friendly and goes above and beyond she should be acknowledged also.
I had a great experience here! My first time coming to this location and I’m impressed! I read all the reviews below and I was scared to come in, not knowing what to expect. But I’ve got no complaints! They took me in at my appointment time I wasn’t waiting long, the receptionists & nurse practitioners are lovely!!! I saw Dr. Deb, she’s absolutely amazing! If you live close to here you should come in!
I love my Doctor, he listens to me. So far so good..... I have been there for shots in my back 6 times. I still have back pain and pinching down my leg.........but it feels so much better. The doctor is very busy so be patient why you wait, bring a book......
Although sometimes there is an entended wait, the people are second to none. Everyone there, patients excluded, are helpful, respectful, professional, understaffed, and over worked. I say patients excluded because some individuals believe they're entitled to determine their own course of treatment. I did receive very helpful information from Tiffany and Lee Ann. Other people have been helpful, but at the moment, I can't recall their names. Everyone there is helpful, all you need do is ask. I wouldn't want to have my treatment at any other falility, or with any other people.
Dr. Iqbal is wonderful he has been the only physician that has even tried to help me after all my spinal fusions. He did the trial spinal stimulator and it really made a difference. Thank you so much for all you do 😊 and the office staff are always very pleasant.
Dr Slevin has been my saving grace. I could not imagine what my life would be without him. He goes above and beyond to help keep my pain under control so I may have quality of life. I have never had a pain doctor treat me with such caring respect than Dr. Slevin. I am forever grateful for him and his staff! I thank God for blessing me with such a great Doctor
She take her time and go over everything with me a d give me the medications I need

The Phycisians and Staff at North American Spine and Pain are Incredible!! I personally have known Dr. Kieran Slevin since he was a Fellow at the Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania. I met Dr. Rastoggi when he was Dr. Slevin's studying under Dr. Slevin. Both physicians are highly respected World Wide and travel to educate physicians in numerous countries! I have been treated by both Doctors and have followed them from Penn to NASPAC! You could not ask for more compassionate, sincere, dedicated, and educated Pain Specialists!!! The staff are professional, friendly and strive to help All patients. At times you may have to wait for your appointment to begin because Dr. Slevin as well as all of the Doctors, Nurses and Phycisian Assistants Never Rush their patients! Everyone is given as much time and attention each individual patient needs! If you are in need of pain management or just seek a second opinion you should never hesitate to call North American Spine and Pain.
Dr Pickford and the staff are very knowledgeable and treat you with respect. Some patients may be apprehensive and nervous because they have had bad experiences at other pain management offices. I have never been made to feel uncomfortable or stigmatized. They do all they can to help you find relieve in a responsible manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to both family and friends.
Im very shocked at all the negative reviews but i never had no issues at all.Dr rostogi is a great dr and cares about his patients honestly.......I been too over 6 different places in past years and nevet got the treatment like i got here ....Mrs debra is a good ladie too and she knows what shes talking about i like her alott she takes good care of me.....Also the staff and mrs debs assistant shaunta she was awesome too but i guess she got a promo so congrats....I been here for 3 years and always treated with respect and care thanks for helping me manage my pain keep up the great work god bless
Love Dr Rastogi & staff!!! Don't know how I would get through day to day with out there help!!!
I had my first injection with Dr. Slevin three days ago. I have to say it was the quickest and least painful of the 4 epidurals I have had. I am pleasantly astounded at how quickly I was brought back and treated. For my intake appointment Dr. Slevin listened to my concerns and really seemed to want to work with my feedback. This is the third pain management doctor I have been to and I believe I am here to stay! The staff is really on the ball and courteous, appointments are a breeze, and the wait times are pleasantly short.
I have been seeing Dr. Patel for 18 months now and have been extremely happy with the care he has been providing for my back and neck. I am getting shots on a regular basis and everything has been going great. He has made my quality of life much better than it has been in a long time. The staff is awesome and I like the fact that I can joke with them as well with Dr Patel. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone. Best move I ever made.
Dr Rastogi transformed my life to a fully functional one! I had been mostly bedbound for many years & he suggested Spinal Cord Stimulator & now I'm having a normal life! He's a very competent pain specialist & kind person.
I have been coming here to this Facility for close to a Year. The Entire Staff from the Front Desk to the Nurses and Doctor's. Dr Patel is my Dr. He has been treating me for Hip and Back related issues. I have received Hip Injections that have really helped with my Mobility and Pain. Highly Recommend Dr Patel if you are dealing with Pain related issues with Hip or Back.
Dr. Rastogi is amazing..very understanding and knowledgeable.. the staff are spectacular and i am deeply appreciative for all their care and attentiveness.
I've suffered from back pain for 18 months...Five doctors in NY were of little help. Dr Ronak Patel has given me pain relief and hope! His approach is holistic and comforting. He is one of a kind. I strongly recommend his techniques. His kind manner gives me hope for the future.
Dr Slevin and his nurses have been incredible. He has been doing very successful and accurate injections with me. I am finally starting to get progressive relief after months of my condition becoming more and more debilitating. I thought my life would never be the same again until I met Dr. Slevin and his team. I would recommend him to anyone.
I love Dr.Rastogi. He is compassionate, awsome personality, and knows his business. I searched for a long time to find him,and he was worth it.akaSAdams.xoxo

I have been seeing Dr. Slevin since 2011. He is smart, kind, caring & very gentle. (I love the Brogue) The Nurse Practitioners are awesome & very knowledgeable about the standard of practice for this group. The office staff is nice, even when they are running late. I highly recommend this group.
Also known as a rhizotomy, radio frequency ablations can provide long-term relief by ‘turning off’ nerve endings connected to arthritic facet joints. Overtime, the nerve endings will naturally heal, and the procedure can be performed as needed to give repeated relief.
Lumbar Epidural Injections treat pain in the lower back or sciatica. The procedure reduces inflammation and allows for improved mobility and of the lower back and legs, so the patient can progress with their rehabilitation.
Cervical epidural steroid injections are aimed at treating neck pain derived from inflammation to cervical nerve roots. This can cause radicular pain down the arm and into the hand. CESI’s can provide short-term relief to help the patient with a rehabilitation or exercise regimen to progress further.
Lumbar medial branch blocks are used to determine the source of the patient’s lower back pain. If the patient experiences significant relief after the injection, then the procedure has successfully determined the source of the pain, and the patient can proceed with their rehabilitation regimen/additional procedures to achieve long term relief.
Cervical epidural steroid injections are aimed at treating neck pain derived from inflammation to cervical nerve roots. This can cause radicular pain down the arm and into the hand. CESI’s can provide short-term relief to help the patient with a rehabilitation or exercise regimen to progress further.
SI joint injections are aimed at treating lower back pain or sciatica. Sacroiliac joint dysfunction can be diagnosed after an SI injection if the patient reports immediate significant pain relief.
Biacuplasty is aimed at treating chronic disc-related pain. The procedure is a type of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) that uses two thin electrode probes which are inserted into the disc. While producing the electrodes, the probes and tissue are actively cooled, and provide for less discomfort.
The celiac plexus is a nerve group surrounding the aorta. The block will stop the nerves from carrying pain information to your brain, and give you relief. This procedure is commonly performed on patients who experience abdominal pain linked to or derived from cancer.
Aimed at treating pain in and round the pelvic or groin area, a ganglion of impar injection is a sympathetic block to determine if the pain is derived from the injection site or is sympathetically medicated. This procedure is typically performed twice for confirmation.
Another type of RFA , genicular nerve ablations are used to treat osteoarthritis in the knee. The procedure is minimally invasive and can provide adequate relief for patients.
The hypogastric plexus is a bundle of nerves at towards the bottom of your spinal cord. Blocking these nerves is typically aimed at preventing pain derived from the lower digestive or reproductive systems, or sometimes cancer. Some patients will report immediate relief after the procedure, and long-term relief after a few days.
A steroid joint injection is a common injection performed directly into the area the patient is reporting pain. The length of relief is different for each patient, but long-term relief is more likely with a working physical therapy or exercise regimen.
An INB is used for treating chest pain caused by a surgical incision or shingles (herpes zoster infection). When the steroid is injected into the intercoastal nerves, located under each rib, the inflammation of the tissue is reduced, providing relief. It is advised patients do not do heavy lifting or significant physical activity in the 24 hours after the injection.
Kyphoplasty is necessary for patients who have a fracture from osteoporosis. A small balloon is surgically inserted into the vertebrae and inflated, which returns the structure to a more normal and more compact position.
Sympathetic blocks to the lumbar spine help relieve sciatica and/or chronic pain that radiates down the leg and into the foot.
Herniated discs create pressure on a spinal nerve root. A microdiscectomy removes the ‘bulge’ that is identified as the reason for lower back pain, sciatica and leg pain.
Spinal stenosis in the lower back is when the spinal canal is narrowed and nerve fibers compressed, which causes pain and numbness. MILD removes excess bone tissue and/or ligaments compressing on the spinal cord and causing the pain. Patients are advised to rest without heavy lifting or significant activity for a few days after this procedure.
Migraines or chronic headaches are usually related to occipital nerve irritation. The occipital nerves are injected through the back of the head or neck, and patients can experience relief almost immediately.
A spinal cord stimulator is a device that is sends electrical impulses through electrodes placed where the patient would typically receive an epidural for their pain relief. When the patient experiences pain, they can use a remote control to activate the stimulator.
Vertiflex is a implanted device that is used to treat patients with lumbar spinal stenosis. If pressure is being applied to the nerve roots, the vertiflex implant is placed within the spine to relieve the pressure, and relieve back and leg pain.
Pain traveling through sympathetic nerves in or around the neck can be treated with a stellate ganglion block. This injection is used for patients who experience causalgia, shingles, reflex sympathetic dystrophy or decreased blood flow to the heart.
The dorsal root ganglion nerves connect the dorsal horn of the spinal cord, which contain sensory neurons, to the rest of the nervous system. Stimulating these nerves allows for greater precision when dealing with lower body pain.
