A bit about Alexis Gregor.
Lexie Gregor is a certified physician assistant at NASPAC, focused on pain management and orthopedic care.
She came to the role through emergency medicine. Before PA school she worked as an EMT, then as an emergency department technician at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and at Chester County Hospital / Penn Medicine — years of first-contact care with people at their worst moment, which is useful grounding for a practice where most patients arrive having already tried everything else.
She earned a Master of Science in Health Care Delivery from Arizona State University in 2019, then a master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2024. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and stays current with advances in the field.
Outside the office, Lexie loves spending time with her husband and their two dachshunds.
